Is it normal for a guy to lose all of his friends once he gets married?

Don't get me wrong, I LOVE my life and my wife. But I have zero guy friends. I had a ton before I got married but now life has just taken me i guess in a more adult direction, with my priorities being straight now. Is it normal to lose many if not all friends post marriage?
