Is there a way to meet or contact Lance Armstrong?

My 19 year old nephew, Devon, has been battling the same cancer Lance Armstrong did. It has been about 2 years now. It started as testicular cancer which spread to his lungs then his brain. His numbers were down but have gone back up recently. They have now found new growth in the same area that they operated on in his brain. I'm trying to find a way to contact or meet Lance Armstrong because Devons dream is to meet him. He has been such an inspiration for Devon. I was hoping to find out if Mr Armstrong will be in South Carolina or anywhere close to us at anytime in the near future or if there was a way to contact him. It would mean so much to Devon to meet him. He's fought so hard to beat this cancer and meeting him would really boost his moral. Thank you for any information you can give me.
